PICK UP AND CATERING PRODUCTS

All orders placed require at least 24 hours' notice. If you would like to arrange for delivery, please provide the delivery address and phone number for the person receiving the package in the message field and one of our associates will contact you to confirm. An additional fee will be added to your invoice upon confirmation of delivery. You may also contact our staff at 910-302-6875 verify any order details. In rare circumstances where our courier is unable to deliver at the requested time, we will call with the next soonest time available for your approval. Should the product you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you. Cancellations much be placed no less than 48 hours prior to event. (We require this cancellation policy because we bake to order and our process for creating and baking desserts takes 2-3 days).

 

COOKING CLASS REGISTRATION POLICY

Registration is on a first-come basis. Payment is due upon registration. There will be a full refund if your cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks prior to the class. If your cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to the class, 50% of the full price of the class will be refunded. Sorry, no refunds after that period. You are welcome to send a sit-in substitute in your place. Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel classes; in this case you will receive a full refund. 

 

RETURNS
